Dear Parents. 

We have been reviewing our school procedure of how to ensure that children arriving after registration has closed have been safely accounted for. 

Should your child arrive after 9:15 am or after 1:20pm please could you sign your child/ children in the folder by the front office, including the date, time and reason for being late such as medical appointment etc 

This is in the interest of their safety should we need to evacuate the building for any reason we are able to account for everyone.
